What Causes Blood In Bowel Movement?

I am 20 years old last year i had some blood after a bm had a colonoscopy and everything was fine in february i had a hard bm and noticed blood again. It has been 6 weeks with no blood till sunday i had a bm and some more blood not a lot i feel fine could this be internal hemmroids

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, yes it could be hemorrhoid but it has to be confirmed beside this it could be fissure too, in differential diagnosis it can be intestinal infection and the most important is it could be due to constipation too, drink more water, have fiber containing diet just to relieve the constipation hope this information helps.
