What Causes Blood In Bowels?
Last night I had a BM and noticed bright red blood. I was scared and had two very small BM after and noticed blood on the outside. It's the first time it has ever happened to me. I had another small BM this morning and there was no signs of blood at all. I have not had any symptoms at all but I've been worrying about it and haven't got much sleep. For the last few days my diet hasn't been good either. A lot of take out and greasy food. Could that be apart of it?

U might have a grade I or grade II internal hemorrhoid which bled due to recent change in ur dietary pattern.
I advice u to visit an anorectal surgeon and get it diagnosed.
