What Causes Blood In My Bowel Movement?

Well im a 20 year old male. For the past 2 months i have been pooping blood. Its not alot and it doesnt happen all the time but it does about 85% of the time. I also have pooped out this white mucus looking stuff about 4 or 5 times already to. I also get bad stomach pains. I have talked to others but nobody can seem to figure out what is wrong with me. Help me this is not normal.

dear you may be suffering from bacillary dysentery or amoebic dysentery. use tab. oflox Ornidazole twice a day for five days.avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid caffeinated drinks. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
