What Causes Blood In Rectum With Burning Sensation While Passing Motion?

hi,i suffered from h>pylori six years back since my current problem is that 2weeks back i suddenly started gettin pain in the center of my chest which doctor said it is GERD and gav me tab rablet and montinorm to eat<it gav me lot of relief bt suddenly a week back when i sat to do my motion before my motion cud cum i saw vyr little blood near my rectum i gt my stool test done which showed little mucus,since then my rectum starts to burn all day when i pass motion in the morning and after passing motion i feel weak in my legs,if i eat lil spicy food or red meat,is this worrisome,plz advice

sometimes the burning sensation can happen because of eating spicy food.
it will be worth getting a rectal examination done by your physician to look for any hemorrhoids or mucosal erotion.
avoid constipation and drink adequate water.
