What Causes Blood In Saliva?

Age 22 Height 5'8". Had minor anxiety problem but not severe. When I brush my teeth and then when I gag while cleaning my tongue I found lil bit of blood mixed with my spit and I don't feel irritation in my throat either. I chew tobacco but don't tend to abuse it and I check my gums and they are not bleeding. I don't feel weak I walk about 7 to 8 miles a day in total and still don't feel that tired at the end of the day. Can you please explain why is this happening and what can done to prevent this from happening?
