What Causes Blood In Stool After Diarrhea?

This past weekend I had a burger shortly after I ate it my stomach was cramping really bad. I had diarrhea all day I even tooted once and it was bloody mucus gross. Felt 100% better monday then today when I pooped it looked a there was something stringy in the toilet I don t know what to do? My friend knows a guy that had bloody poop and he ended up having colon cancer. When should I be concerned

HI,Welcome to HCM,you seems to suffer from-Entero-colitis with mucus stool with clumps of mucus strings / followed with stringy worms.Blood in the stool is caused from the ulcers in the Colon and intestines,due to the bacterial / protozoal infection.
In enteritis you have diarrhea and in colitis you start with mucus and end up with Blood stool.Cancer of colon or intestine could cause both these complaints but is missed in early stages,unless the bleeding is more.
As you don't have any bleeding but mucus in excess,Colonoscopy with FNAC Biopsy with histopath studies and Contrast CT should fix and rule out Cancer .
