Once you take the redbull vodka the piles are congested so much that they rupture and cause the red blood to appear in stool. There is a possibility of colitis with ulcers too. Hence I would advise you the following: Stop redbull vodka, for that matter any alcoholic beverages at the moment. Get per-rectal digital examination and an appointment for colonoscopy and biopsy. This will give you the correct diagnosis of whether you have hemorrhoids, polyp, ulcer and hence make a guided treatment possible.
