What Causes Blood In Stool After Taking Imodium?
i drink orange juice ,no pulp. and got severe stomach cramps, took 2 imodium,than 2 diahea took 1, still having
some stomach cramp , discomfort when i went to the bathroom after the 2nd imodiun i saw some bright red blood in my stool the imodium were tsken close together.

Blood in stool mostly not due to Imodium. Imodium won't cause blood in stools. It may be due to dysentery or diarrhea or due hemorrhods or fissure or fistula etc. Use tablet Ornidazole ofloxacine twice a day for five days. Use tablet sporulac twice a day for five days. Take plenty of water and fluid. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
