What Causes Blood In Stool And Lump In Side Of The Abdomen?

I have bright red blood in my stool, very tired all the time, and I have a lump on my left side around where my colon bends. I am 23 years old, female, 5ft tall, and weigh 115 pounds and about 4 years ago had a colonoscopy, upper and lower GI, and CT scans to try to figure out what the lump is.
