Hello,

The most common cause of the bleeding per rectum is the fissure or hemorrhoid besides this it could be due to intestinal pathologies and some systemic disease, but all of that needs work-up even for confirmation of anal fissures and hemorrhoid requires the clinical observation, once it is being treated for underlying cause it will be cure soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
