What Causes Blood In Stool And Shoulder Twitching?

My bf has been having blood in his stool for about 3 to 4 days now, and last night he said his right shoulder was twitching!!! we just got back from laughlin, drank quit a bit, he has an ulcer, and im pretty sure he has a hemroid, could this be a side affect of any of these things?

I really appreciate your concern, the blood-stained stool could be due to constipation that causes the anal fissure and hemorrhoid, but to rule this out clinical examination is must. Besides this it is not due to anything stated here, it is not the side effect of what it has been done or drank.
