hi i made Appendectomy surgery and they removed Polycystic ovaries, before 3 months. I got bleeding while Defecation and urination just, am traveling so i carried some bags, it might be because of that . i was bleeding alot during the use of toilet for two weeks then it stopped for couple weeks, these days i return to bleed but it is much less . is it Serious matter and i should see a doctor ? note : after one week of the surgery, one wound get Inflammation and they treat it . thanks alot

You have to rule out piles, fissure or other local rectal or anal pathology by proctoscopy examination.
If all comes clear than to rule out infection in colon you need to investigate with stool analysis.
