What Causes Blood In Stool Despite A Normal Test Report?

My daughter was in a car accident and has a tiny bit of blood in stool and she says her stomach feels weird. They did scan her stomach and head at the ER and said everything looked ok. The wreck happened at about 40 miles per hour but the air bags did deploy.
