Hello,

Blood in stool in Crohn's disease may be due to colon or bowel inflammation or mucosal erosion or due to fistula or structure or flare of Crohn's with secondary infection etcetera. Please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
