What Causes Blood In Stool With Loose Bowel Movement, Slurred Speech And Loss Of Vision?
blood in stool and at end of urination 47 year old male. 6' 185lbs. years ofChronic heartburn. frequent cramping loose bowels with alot of red blood and some fleshy clots. recently notice blood at end of urine flow. last friday severe headache with loss of right periferal vision. accompanied by slurred words. difficuly in pronouncing words with "w" in them. this has since passed, but now have noticed coppery taste on skin.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if this is the blood stain stool then the most near causes of the symptoms could be fissures or the hemorrhoids and that needs to be ruled out if this is not there then inflammatory disease of the bowel needs to be ruled out some time it may be due infection too, for the slurred speech if this is the sudden onset then condition needs to be taken serious and it has to be seen for cerebral disease first so better to see the neurologist CT of brain is advisable some common type of disease also needs to be ruled out like diabetes and hypertension hope this information helps.
