What Causes Blood In Stool?
hi i bought a BP monitor today after finding blood in my stools yesterday, my highest reading was 143/94, pr of 99, i am a young male of 22, i was wondering what the next course of action should be? monitor my bp at a set time each day and note it down?

The current Blood pressure measurement is seemingly related to stress or anxiety. Guidelines for that consume salt restricted diet at present. Keep a chart record of regular BP measurement.
Avoid stress and anxiety. Manage sound and regular uninterrupted sleep of 7 to 8 hours.
