What Causes Blood In Stool?

I had what looked like a small blood "clot" in my stool, it was bright red and looked like ketchup.This has happened a couple of time over the past few months. I have not had any pains or issues with my stomach or anything else for that matter. Is this something I should see a doctor for?

It may be hemorrhoids. Get your digital rectal exam done by a qualified surgeon.
Avoid constipation, drink a lot of water.
