What Causes Blood In Stool?

A week ago, after peeing I noticed I had blood in discharge, it had only happened once that day. The next day, I peed blood and had it only happen once that day. Now I have had random days of having blood in discharge and days without. On top of that all, a few days ago I have been getting sharp pains down there and after peeing the pain seems to get worse.
