What Causes Blood In Stools? Suggest Remedies

I have a lot of bright red blood in my stool. First time ever. I wonder if it's because I drink 2-4 red bulls a day and smoke cigarettes which causes me to not eat much at all. Diagnosis & Advice? (I know I have to quit them, but habits are quite hard to break)

I really appreciate your concern, the consistency and color of stool is entirely depends upon the diet and drink taken and it may not be due to the any illness and in absence of concern symptoms it is nothing to worry, the red color of stool is suspected for blood stained stool then it hast to be send for testing, hope this information helps.
