my mother was 73 aged she is bedpatient. she is suffering for sugar,BP and kidney problems . recently she attend dialysis process for 4 times in hospital . when we returned to our house she had motions in two days thenafter she has overbleeding with dark red with small pieces with stool and bleeding continued till today she has no diet she feel vomitting sensation. she take 20ml milk or buttermilk. please tell what are the causes and suggest the medicine.

Bleeding in motions is either due to Piles ( Hemmorhoids ), problems in blood coagulation or bleeding masses in the rectum .
She requires personal examination to see if there any local problems around the anal region and if not she needs to get certain test to check for coagulation problems . These tests are Platelet count, PT, aPTT, INR.
If these tests are also normal she needs to get a Colonoscopy scanning.
Treatment depends on the cause of the bleeding.
