What Causes Blood In Stools After Taking Excedrin Pills?
I had a severe migraine today, so i purchased some Excedrin Migraine, i took two pills at roughly 8:30PM, and around 1:00AM i noticed some blood in my feces, It says on the bottle that it can cause some stomach bleeding due to NSAID. Should i be worried, and go to the ER, or wait till later in the morning?

Hello,
NSAIDs may lead to mucosal ulcers formation leading to upper GI bleeding.
It may be an allergy to Excedrin tablet. Also, possible it may be due to infection or hemorrhoids or fissures.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
