Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had nail puncture wound and went to the doc. Two days later (today) and got a tetanus shot. Now I have a horrible headach and when I went to the bathroom to have a bowl movement I saw bright red blood on the toilet paper and it looked like I started my period 2 weeks early. So I wiped my vagina and no blood so I wiped my rear again and there was blood. When I got up it looked like a lot of blood but I know it looks worse in water. Now I'm dizzy and my headach is worse. Is this from the tetanus shot? My feces were I guess what you'd call type 1 round and smaller, and they didn't hurt.
