General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Blood in stool without pain in stomach can be due to the following reasons:
Hemorrhoids or pile.
Polyp or ulcer in rectum.
This can be diagnosed by the following ways:
Get an opinion of a General surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of stool and blood.
Per-rectal digital examination, ano-proctoscopy should be done to know the possible cause so that a proper treatment can be started soon.
Colonoscopy is mandatory in every case if you are above 30 years old to rule out any ulcer or mass in the colon.
Once a proper diagnosis has been done, a proper plan of treatment can be charted to get a possible cure.
