What Causes Blood In Stools, Light Headedness And Pain In The Abdomen?

I have blood in my stool, foggy-light-headedness/ blurred vision, pain in my abdomine on the right sideand under my collar bone when I breath in. I drank 4 bigger bottles of vodka in two days to myself, and am quite the binge drinker. Should I worry that my liver is failing? It has been three days since I drank the vodka, and first time with blood in my stool.
