What Causes Blood In Stools With Lightheadedness?

I have never had blood in stool. I do have a deteriorated disc upper neck which sometimes cause pain & weakness. And lightheaded even dizzy and weak . I was in a traumatic accident yesterday fell on a lawmower. With great force. All day today have had blood in stool ( along with weakness faint sweats) but no Other symptoms that come with ulcer, colon cancerEtc . Will this go away soon since likely caused by trams. Had colonosocpy 5 yr ago and all Was fine. Also is this loss of blood causing the weak and faint feelings?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since you had a fall on a lawnmower that started with blood in stool indicates that there can be a trauma to the colon most probable as you never has bleeding per-rectum and colonoscopy was normal 5 years ago.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor or rush to ER as you also have the other symptoms of lightheadedness and weakness, fainting spells and so on.
Clinical evaluation, examination and investigations:
CT scan of abdomen.
Tests of blood, stool and urine.
Colonoscopy at an appropriate time.
Resuscitation if there is too much blood loss, may even need a blood transfusion.
Further management as per the clinical evaluation and reports of investigations.
