What Causes Blood In Stools?
Hi I have had diarrhea for 5 days now. I decided to time how often I go in one day, so at 3:00 am I started, 4:00am, 4:45, 5:10, 5:43 and its now 6:29 but this last time I noticed blood when wiping which is of concern now. I saw a dr on day 2 who said to let it run its course, but I think I need something to stop me. I noticed Diaclear on line but not sure if this is only in the USA, I am in Australia. What do you think I should do? Sue

Hello,
But this could be due inflammation of mucous membrane caused by diarrhoea. please take Imodium and Flagyl every eight hours for five days.
