What Causes Blood In Stools?

sir i have stools with some blood on fecal matter, since 2 days . i cant put pressure on intestine , daily i have urge 3 times to go, not in a single time i can complete. stool is semi solid brown yellowish. no pain in stomatch,appetite normal, no other symptoms.heat in body increases at night , my doc. gave mi Norflox 400, metronidazole 400, and paracetamol, with ORS, and Domepridone .........what shall i do? i am the researcher Ph.D. Medical Microbiology

Your query will be highly appreciated, first thing you need to do is to stop exerting the pressure at the time of defection.
Constipation is such condition that provoke the person to exert the force of defecation, once the force being applied then it dilates the blood vessels and cause the hemorrhoid although it happens in very late stage but before this anal fissure can takes place which could bleeds.
Drink more water, have more fiber containing diet, keep regular habit of going for toilet, try some Isabgol powder for stool softening.
