What Causes Blood In Stools?

I am a 31 year old male. I have had anal fissures for 2 years. Two weeks ago I had bright red blood in my stool. I am also a hypochondriac. I had a sigmoidoscopy about 10 years ago. No family history of Colin cancer. What are the odds that con cancer is causing the bleeding?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is not the cancer but it is the anal fissure and it can not go into cancer, so no need to worry about this but try to cure the condition with surgery and forget about the malignancy, anal fissure cause the bleeding in your case hope this information helps.
