What Causes Blood In The Stool With Abdominal Pain?

Hi.I am a 50 yr old man.For the last 6 months I had blood in my stool.I noticed it would ease up then get worse especially after eating spicy foods.In the last 3 weeks it got worse.I have strong abdominal stomach pains that come and go and feel bloated sometimes plus bright red liquid blood dripping from rectum.I have to go poop every half hour and it is direia but with liquid blood in the watery stool.
