Hello Robert
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
* Blood in urine is from associated urinary infection , passing of red blood cells
from the urinary bladder mucosa with or without calculus in the urinary
tract
* Additional tips for your better recovery :
- consume plenty of liquids throughout the day as you can to flush the
bacteria
- cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of water , organic citrus fruits ,
chewable vitamin c supplements
- avoid exposure to excess heat
- remain ambulatory with regular walking , exercises
- avoid sexual relationships at present
- avoid smoking / alcohol / stress
Hope this clears your query .
Welcome for any further assistance regarding this .
