What Causes Blood In The Urine?

Several times recently, on my first void in the morning, I have passed one or two drops of blood - sometimes dark, sometimes fresh. Not painful and no other signs or symptoms. Am puzzled as to where it may be originating from. Would appreciate your feedback.

Hi thanks for asking question.

Even though you have no pain examine your urine for pus cells along with RBC to rule out urinary tract infection. If pus cells present antibiotic needed.

Second if you have history of trauma to urethral tract by fall or even sometime with violent sexual intercause.so rule out it.

Thirdly it could be by stone anywhere in urinary tract that can lead to bleed. For that USG abdomen or x ray done...

Drink more water.

Cranberry juice extract useful..

If still cause not clear then I will suggest to do urethroscopy for any growth ....

I hope my suggestion will helpful to you.
