hi, my girlfriend and I had sex with her on top and she said she had some abdominal pain the first time we did it. today was her second time. Later in the day while urinating, she had some blood in dark color urine. Is there reason for concern? Is it related to the sex we had? thanks...

Blood in urine possibly indicates urinary tract infection following vaginal sex most likely.

She requires more liquids intake and avoidance of vaginal sex for upcoming days till the urine becomes clear and abdomen pain subsides.
