What Causes Blood In Urine And Frequent Urination?

I am 27 yo female, I do not have a medical history of bleeding from the vaginal area. It is time for me to start my period. I have not had sexual interaction with anyone but a guy fingering me. I woke up this morning with the urge to pee about every two hours And when I wiped there was blood on my toilet paper. I have no idea what this could be. Please help!
