What Causes Blood In Urine And Right Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I have pain in right kidney area. I m currently on steroids as there not sure my problem. I frequently pass blood when I pee, I m awaiting scan results from ct scan, X-ray and bladder ultrasound didn t find anything. My infection markers on last blood test is 26. I hadn t passed blood for 2 weeks but after waking on Saturday morning and me and the other half fancied some fun, not that it was much as I can t walk where infection has hit ankles and knees so I m mostly laid on back, I went for pee after to find it had pure red blood pass as before. Never red in urine, just neat red blood. But at the start of passing had big dark blood clots to. But not now. Any idea.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blood in urine and right abdominal pain . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like UTI, kidney infection or kidney stone . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take proper rest .I would suggest you to consult urologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , urine test or kidney function test . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may also recommend laproscopic surgery .Doctor may also refer you to nephrologist for kidney problem , who may order kidney function test to confirm the diagnosis or gastroenterologist for gastric problem as pancreatitis and appendicitis can also cause such symptoms .
