What Causes Upper Right Abdominal Pain?

I have been having upper right abdominal pain for the last 3days. It is painful all the time especially with movement or palpation. It s quite painful but not enough to go to the ER. No fever. Please give your opinion on what the possible causes could be. Thank you very much,

Right upper abdominal pain may be due to duodenal ulcer, acid peptic disease, but either of these case treatment may remains the same (PPI ) like 'Omeprazole ' being given, in differential thought it can be biliary disease, gall bladder, pancreatic infection, live pathology, and other, over all it is all depends upon the clinical investigations and tests, last but not least it can be functional one.
