What Causes Blood In Urine And Stool And Tenderness In Stomach?

Yes my friend has been sick and going to doctors for five years with these issues and they have never really checked him out or done anything. He has blood in urine, no appetite, blood in his stool, he has no energy, he cant have anything touch his stomach, vommiting ect.

Blood in both stool n urine with pain abdomen is a matter of concern. He should get a cbc n peripheral smear comment done. Could be some general bloid disorder causing blood in urine n stool as well. See if he has bleed from othet orifices like nose n gums. Get n usg of abdomen done. Consult a physician.
