What Causes Blood In Urine During SPD?

i am 33 weeks pregnant . i have been taking prednisone 5 mg decreasing dosage for 8 days, and hydrocodone/apap 10mg/325mg tabs every 6 hours. the reason i take the following is to relieve my symptoms of SPD SYMPHYSIS PUBIS DYSFUNCTION. lately I have been peeing blood and urinating blood clots. some days my urine is normal with no indication of blood but other days its not .??????????? ANY IDEAS
