What Causes Blood In Urine, Low BP And Abdominal Pain?

my brother is in ICU, with these symtoms.. 102 temp , bloody urine, low blood pressure88/52, abdominal pain. low blood platlets quick colagulation I don t know what that count is but they want to transfuse ... he has had seizures for more that 10 yrs.... woke up yesterday freaking out about bugs being all over him.. he is 5 7 165 lbs..57 yrs old. lives in Kentucky. Kentucky Doctors are not the brightest in my opinion.. and this is way out of my league. Any Idea would be most appreciated..
