What Causes Blood In Urine, Shortness Of Breath And Light Headedness?

I just experienced a popping feeling when urinating then experienced a light bleed of bright blood after which abruptly stopped. What followed was a lightheaded feeling in which I was out of breath. Then I experienced a couple of minor vaginal cramps/contractions. No symptoms of pregnancy and am not pregnant to my knowledge so what is this?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have blood in urine. It can be due to some mass in kidney or urinary bladder or some stone or urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as ultrasound abdomen. It will give you exact idea. Then take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question.
