I hut my back 2 days ago lifting a piece of furniture. taking anti-inflammatory medicine. I also r-started Metamucil for constipation. My question: notice blood in my urine ( twice in last couple of days) not painful. My back us quite stiff and can t walk straight , get up from a chair, etc. but it feels most painful around my kidneys. not sure anymore if its my spine where the pain comes from. I read that could be the ex-lax, any ideas ?
