Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It appears that you could be going in for acute retention of urine.
Hence, you need to visit emergency department at the earliest. You may need to be first catheterized and then investigated for the cause for your inability to pass urine freely and why you are passing blood in urine. Accordingly, treatment needs to be initiated.
Hope the information provided helps.
All the best.
Regards,
Dr.Ashakiran.S.
