Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic.

The symptoms that you describe (blood in urine, frequent urinating, small portions) correlate with an urinary tract infection.

If I was your caring doctor I would recommend to do an urine test to confirm the diagnose and than start a dose of antibiotics to get rid of the infection.

Meanwhile here are some tips :
-fresh fruits and vegetables
-have plenty of water
-don't hold your urine for long
-chamomile tea or rose tea

If you have any other question, don't hesitate to contact me.
