What Causes Blood In Urine?

Suddenly after lunch today I went to the bathroom and passed 50/50 blood/urine for the full flow while urinating. This was 2 hours ago. I just went again and the same thing occurs. I have no pain and feel quite well. I have a Mexican dish for lunch before which, everything was normal. Should I be concerned?

HI PLEASE GET A SIMPLE URINE TEST DONE TO SEE ANY RED BLOOD CELLS IN THE URINE.IF NONE ARE THERE, IT MAY BE DUE TO THE FOOD YOU CONSUMED. Drink plenty of water
