What Causes Blood In Urine?

my doctor told me i have blood in my uinie and i do she said it is 250+ and i'm in pain but for 6 weeks now she has done nothing and i'm in a lot of pain and i do take pain pills for my back but that is not dong anything . see i don't want to go to the ER if i don't have to . i also can't keep food or water down all the time and i have lost 35 lbs in the last 2 months so what do you think i should do please help me thank you christina
