Hi. Everything was fine all day when suddenly, after dinner and a few drinks I began urinating some blood. Dark red. I'm currently drinking a lot of water. I did take fish oil, 2 multi-vitamins, and a vitamin d (5000 iu) immediately after eating dinner. I also worked out yesterday morning and was planning on going to the gym again in a few hours. Could any of these things (the workout, the vitamins, the alcohol) cause what I am experiencing? I just started a new job yesterday and cannot miss my second day of work.
