What Causes Blood In Urine?

I am a 37 yrs male, I noticed occassional blood stains while urinating. The urininating process in painless and the stream is mosty normal, only towards the end, I see some reddish drops. But this is no regular may be happening once or twice while urinating in the whole day. Very recently I did a urine analysis. The test could not detect any RBC but registered occassional Epithelial cells and pus cells. Also the sp gr is 1.015 and ther is no protein, sugar, ketones, bile salts, bile pigments detected. Also the occult blood is nil. Pls guide and advise what to do next. YYYY@YYYY
