What Causes Blood In Urine?

for the past 2 years I have being peeing blood, doctor here in mexico have run test over test finding a dead end, nothing. they have run test for lucquimia, a camara thru my penis to check my blader, to check my kidneys but nating. This gets me into a weak site, blood cells counts low, tired all the time. when the bliding stops if a lift something heavy I start to bleed again. can any doctor have a idea of whats wrong with me?
