Hi,
Blood at the end of urine is mainly due to prostate infection but its mainly seen in elderly,
In younger person it can be renal Stone, infection,
Bladder stone,
To come to a certain diagnosis you will have to undergo some investigations like,
Urine routine microscopy,
Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis,
And visit a urologist,
Hope this information helps.
