Urologist 's  Response
Hi
Has a urine culture been done. If the UTI returns so quickly after completion of two weeks of antibiotics, then there may a resistant bug or there may be underlying problem with urinary tract which needs evaluation by an urologist. Since there was blood in urine also, I would strongly advice you to see an urologist.
