Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Blood pressure fluctuations may be due to stress, white coat
hypertension, Drugs like adrenergic agonists, activity like walking, laughing, exercise,
pheochromocytoma or autonomic neuropathy, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. You may need 24 hours
ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, urine and blood sugar,
thyroid status. Regular monitor blood pressure, healthy lifestyle and taking
antihypertensive medication regularly may useful. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
